YOU MUST REGISTER EVERY YEAR BY OCTOBER 30 ACCORDING TO THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT.
1. Why should you register?
It is important for current or former partial load faculty to register to ensure that they be considered for future postings. For the first time ever, the current collective agreement recognizes previous service by partial-load faculty in consideration of their eligibility for future contracts. This historical development is a first step toward real job security, but it also means if you do not register, you may not be eligible.
2. Who qualifies to register on the Partial Load Registry each year?

They are currently employed, or if they have previously been employed as a partial-load employee for at least eight (8) months of service as defined in 26.10 C within the last four (4) academic years.
3. How do I register?
Go to eCentennial and click on “View all Courses” and then in the search bar type: Partial Load Registry (DO NOT use a hyphen between “Partial” and “Load”).
Once you have registered you should get a message immediately saying that you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours on your myCentennial e-mail confirming you are registered on the Partial Load Registry. If you do not receive this message, contact your manager.
